Why are Meet and Greets required?

  • Meet and Greets are important to make sure it is a good fit for everyone. We want to make sure your pet feels safe with us. It is also the time to discuss the services you need and make sure we have all the information we need to make it the best experience possible for your pet


Will I receive updates about my pet? 

  • Absolutely!  You will receive updates and photos on how the visit went. 

Will my dog be walked with other clients dogs?

  • All services are dedicated to your household pets only.

Do you offer any referral incentives?

  • Yes!  For every referral that joins Pupwatch the referring party will receive a $10 credit towards their next service.

Do you offer your services on Holidays?

  • Yes.  The holidays are a busy time for us, so please book early.  Please note that there is a 50% surcharge for services provided on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Easter Sunday.

When is payment due?

  • Payment is due by the first date of service.  You can pay by cash or check payable to Pupwatch Pet Services. 

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations should be made by texting or calling 848-333-4604  by 3:00 the day before.  If you cancel after 3:00 the day before you will be charged in full for that visit. 

Are there any other services you provide?

  • Yes, I can provide additional services based on your pets needs.
